missing applicators
It showes the cloth in an enclosed bag and mentions that it comes with applicators. The cloth was in a zip lock and there weren't any applicators.
Wax warmer kit.
Received the kit and the warmer works fine, but it is missing the dome cover on the wax warmer. The wax is really sticky: next time I will try honey wax (easier to remove from unwanted spots).
Great product
I only used the waxing kit once and it worked great. Only thing is that I have no experience in waxing so I made a complete mess and haven't touched the wax kit since. The wax is extremely sticky and it was hard to work with and it didn't remove my hair at all (but remember, I have no experience in waxing so it might have been my fault). Be cautious, I would recommend wearing gloves since it's nearly impossible to take of wax from your skin. I will try to wax once more to see if I get better results. The wax pot heated nicely and it melted the wax evenly.
