Great Product!
I purchased this item from the local Ulta Store. I am very pleased. It provides great curls that have a lot of movement. My only con for this item is, the instructions are specific about following the suggested time for heating the rollers, and that is true. Otherwise it is cool. My hair type is Af-Am, relaxed, hair cut into a feather bob. These rollers are great. Heat them, roll hair, wait, remove, and style hair. I follow with a low humidity hold spray by Mizani.
Hot and Junk
These rollers ARE hot. They burned my fingers, forehead and ears thanks to the horrible clips that don't work at all. The rollers fall out and the clips don't have any grip so they don't hold the roller in place and they slip forward and move around giving creases at the edge of the clip. I only did half my head before I got frustrated and took them all out. After one use, they are going in the garbage.
Don't do business with these sellers!
I accidentally ordered two sets of hot rollers. When I tried to return the unopened product they refused. So beware make sure you really want the product.
