Do Not Buy This Dryer
I purchased this hair dryer through Amazon a few weeks ago. I was disappointed that it did not have a "cold" button, but that was something I could live with. I was impressed with the heavy duty cord and with the length of the cord. However, after daily use for only about six weeks, the cord began to separate from the plug unit, not from the dryer, but from the plug. In addition, when I sent in the warranty card, it came back as undeliverable - the address on the card is no longer the location of the company.
The dryer works just fine. Nothing special. In fact, my cheap Conair worked a lot better, but had finally, after three or four years, just stopped working one day. Should have stuck with the more reliable Conair. Save your $40 and get something else. I am just going to have to replace this in the near future once the cord comes out completely.
